I don’t see my name listed on the Entry List. Why? What to do?

The mail-in registrations must be inputted manually so they don’t appear immediately as do the online registrations. We will update each night.

I don’t see the “team” I’m with listed on the Entry List page. Why? What to do?

If you didn’t select your “team” name (beneficiary) on the active registration, please let us know so we make sure your funds go to the appropriate organization.  Please email MLKDay5k@gmail.com and tell us your name and organization and we will change it.

Is it family friendly?

Yes, we will have family friendly music from DJ Uncle Joe, songstress Cindy McGrier, and Popular Dance Instructor Kim Armstrong, and over 200 drummers from area high schools.

What does it benefit?

We have nearly 50 approved beneficiaries (Atlanta area schools, churches, community organizations and businesses) using the MLKDay5k as a fundraiser for their community-oriented initiatives.  $5 of each registration will go to the “team” you choose when you register.  In other words, if 100 people register under Team X, we will send a check for $500 to Team X’s organization. See the full list of beneficiaries on www.mlkday5k.com
